Order Changes and Cancellations
- Order Modifications: If you need to change your order, please contact us within as soon as possible after placing your order. If a coin mold has already been struck, the customer would be responsible for a mold fee. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
- Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, we may already have processed your order for shipment and cancellations may not be possible.
